Jamaica Customs Agency

This animated video was produced for the Jamaica Customs Agency to support the launch and use of its Customer Relationship and Feedback Form. The project focused on presenting the feedback process in a clear, engaging and approachable way, helping visitors understand how to share their experiences with the Agency.

The production included character illustration and animation, lip-syncing, voice recording, motion graphics and final video composition. The animation combined visual storytelling with digital communication to create an informative experience suited for the Agency’s website.
